The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details delights in satisfied customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact and communicate any concerns so they may be promptly addressed. 

Non-custom orders can be refunded or exchanged within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be shipped back to in the original condition in order to claim a refund or exchange. *Please note that shipping charges do apply to all returns and exchanges.
